Privacy Policy

AgentVisibly is run by an individual (sole proprietor) under the brand name AgentVisibly, who is the data controller for the data described here. Privacy contact: csvledger+agentvisibly@mail.grokbot.com.

• Website scans: the address you enter. We fetch public pages to analyse them and do not store the analysis. For anonymous daily counts we store only a one-way hash of the scanned domain (kept about 400 days). Basis: legitimate interests (running and improving the service).
• Rate limiting: short-lived counters keyed by IP address, deleted automatically within about a day. Basis: legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse).
• Claimed and published listings: the business information extracted from your site and any edits you make, the verification code, and an access key stored as a hash. Published listings are public by design. Basis: contract (providing the service you asked for).
• Inquiries sent through a business's MCP endpoint: the message, name and reply address an AI agent submits, kept for the business owner for 90 days. Basis: legitimate interests of the sender and the business.
• Plan reservations: your email, website, chosen plan and language, used only to contact you about launch. Basis: consent; you can withdraw it any time.
• Usage metrics: daily totals of events (for example "scans" or "MCP tool calls per business"), with no IPs, cookies or user identifiers.
• Purchases (once paid plans launch): Paddle, as Merchant of Record, collects your payment details, billing name and address, email and country. We receive transaction details from Paddle (for example email, plan, country, amount) but never your full card details. Basis: contract and legal obligations (tax and accounting).

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: Cloudflare (hosting and storage); our email provider (mail.grokbot.com) when you email us or we email you; Paddle.com as our reseller and Merchant of Record once payments launch (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy); professional advisers where needed; and authorities when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.

We do not use cookies or third-party analytics. The site stores your language choice in your browser's local storage. Paddle's checkout may use its own cookies once payments launch.

As listed above. Reservations are kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Listings are kept until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Email csvledger+agentvisibly@mail.grokbot.com; we reply within one month.

Data is sent over HTTPS, access keys are stored only as hashes, we keep as little as we can, and access to our systems is limited to the operator.
