Terms of Service

AgentVisibly ("we", "us") is a software-as-a-service run by an individual (sole proprietor) under the brand name AgentVisibly. No company is registered yet. When you use agentvisibly.com, you contract with the operator of AgentVisibly. Contact: csvledger+agentvisibly@mail.grokbot.com.

By using the website, the analyze API, a hosted business page or MCP endpoint, or by reserving or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AgentVisibly checks whether a website can be read and used by AI agents, gives a readiness score, generates a draft llms.txt and JSON catalog, and lets a verified site owner publish a hosted page, llms.txt, catalog and MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint for their business. Paid plans and their deliverables are described on the pricing page. Features marked "at launch" there are not available yet.

Only scan, claim, verify or publish websites you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for checking that what you publish (prices, hours, contact details, links) is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. Results are produced by automated rules and can be wrong.

You must not use AgentVisibly: for anything unlawful; for fraud, spam or deception (including publishing false business information or sending spam through inquiry tools); to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; or to interfere with security, including malware, probing or attacking our systems or other sites, bypassing rate limits, or scraping the service at scale.

We own AgentVisibly, its software, design and brand. You keep all rights to your business information and content; you give us a licence to host and serve the content you publish, only to provide the service. To report content that infringes your rights, email us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

Paid plans are not on sale yet; reserving a plan is free and creates no obligation. When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Paddle: our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, and Paddle.com will be the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax or VAT, and billing questions, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI agents will use your information. AI agents and their providers are third parties we do not control. The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or remove a published listing, or end access, for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your listing at any time.
