Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a paid AgentVisibly plan, you can get a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, including the first payment and each renewal. No questions asked.

Payments will be processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used, and ask for a refund, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also email us at csvledger+agentvisibly@mail.grokbot.com and we will arrange it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Within the 30-day window you can cancel and get a full refund.

The founder deal ($99/year) has the same 30-day full refund. After a refund, the locked-in price ends.

Paid plans are not on sale yet, so nobody has been charged. Reserving a plan is free.
